Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you're booking on behalf of a group, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for everyone in that group.
Booking Terms
Reservations
A booking is confirmed once we've received your booking details and any required deposit or payment. We'll send you written confirmation once your reservation is secured with our local partners.
Payment
We accept payment in the currencies listed at checkout. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm your booking, with any balance due by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
Pricing
Tour prices are listed per person and cover what's specified in each tour's included items. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed, but the price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 or more days before departure: full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: no refund, as accommodation, guides, and transport are already committed on your behalf.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings for the duration of your trip. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure your passport, visa, and any required travel documents are valid for the full duration of your trip.
- Arrive on time for scheduled pickups, activities, and transfers, as delays can affect the rest of the day's itinerary for the whole group.
- Follow the safety guidance given by your guide, particularly during wildlife safaris, hiking, and water-based activities.
- Respect local customs, religious sites, and the communities you visit throughout your tour.
Our Responsibilities
- Deliver the tour services described in your booking confirmation, using the guides, vehicles, and accommodation specified.
- Take reasonable care in selecting safe, licensed local partners and following recognized safety practices.
- Maintain the standard of service described on our site and in your booking confirmation.
- Provide support throughout your trip, including a contact point for any issues that arise during your tour.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, political disruption, or third-party service failures. Our liability for any claim relating to your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
